The Company's principal activity is the operation of real estate Investment trust fund investing in real estate, related intangibles and other specific assets Including securities backed by real estate with the view to secure stable medium- and long-term earnings and to ensure steady portfolio growth. At 31-Oct-2006 the Company operated 30 office buildings, 13 in Tokyo, seven in the surrounding areas of Tokyo and ten local cities. The Company was established in August 2003 and started its operation in December 2003. It was also listed in the Tokyo Stock Exchange Reit Market in December 2003. The Company's assets are managed by Nomura Real Estate Asset Management Co Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nomura Real Estate Development Co Ltd, to provide full range of professional asset management services to the fund.
