Business Description
BCB Berhad. The Group's principal activities are property development and management. Other activities include letting properties, providing project management and road construction services, manufacturing concrete products, trading building materials and investment holding. The Group is also engaged in hotel operations. It owns the Prime City Hotel in Kluang. Its existing projects include Taman Bukit Perdana and Evergreen Heights in Batu Pahat, Johor, Taman Sri Kluang and Taman Kluang Baru II in Kluang, Johor, Taman BCB in Yong Peng, Johor, Taman Megah in Pontian, Johor and Taman Seremban Jaya in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. It has ventured into contracting external projects, namely Taman Pulai Utama project, restoration of Istana Bukit Sri Pelangi Johor Bahru and others. The Group has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire an approximately 390 acres of freehold land located at Mukim Linau, Batu Pahat, Johor. Operations are carried out in Malaysia.
