Business Description
Glomac Bhd. The Group's principal activities are developing residential and commercial properties for sale and selling land. Other activities include investment of land and buildings held for investment potential and rental income in the future, construction of buildings, management of equestrian club and investment holding. During the year 2008, the Group added three new projects, namely Glomac Tower, a commercial building in the prime vicinity of Kuala Lumpur; Glomac Galleria, a commercial project in Sri Hartamas, and Sri Bangi, a mixed development project in Bandar Baru Bangi. Other projects include Glomac Damansara, Glomac Cyberjaya and two commercial developments within districts of Mutiara Damansara and Kelana Jaya. Its property investment segment manages over 3,000 units of residential and commercial properties. The Group is also involved in car park management. Operations are carried out in Malaysia.
