Business Description
Eupe Corporation Berhad. The Group's principal activity is developing residential and commercial properties. Other activities include constructing residential and commercial properties, selling building materials, renting properties, managing complex, fruit cultivation and kindergarten operations. It is also involved in the operation and management of chalet, restaurant, golf club operations and recreation facilities, as well as operating as an investment holding company. Operations are carried out mainly in Malaysia. At February 2009, the Group launched its Parcel E development, comprising of 951 residential units. As of February 28, 2009, the Group recorded sales of 172 units to date for its Cinta Sayang Resort Homes, while 1,072 units for its Taman Ria Mesra II.
