Business Description
Quality Concrete Holdings Berhad. The Group's principal activities are manufacturing and selling ready-mixed concrete, concrete products, polyethylene pipes, woven polypropylene (PP) bags and polyethylene (PE) liners, as well as sawmilling and manufacturing downstream timber products. Other activities include general trading, selling properties, providing investment advisory services, and extracting and selling aggregates. It also operates as an investment holding company. Through its subsidiary, Kutex Sdn Bhd, the Group's major customers include Sarawak Flour Mill Sdn Bhd, Gold Coin Sarawak Bhd, Heng Feng Industry Sdn Bhd., Chong Foh Hin Industries Sdn Bhd, Sabah Flour & Feed Mills Sdn Bhd and Prestasi Flour Mill (M) Sdn Bhd. It is currently involved in the development of 56 units of shop houses in Kota Sentosa, located six and a half miles from Kuching city. Operations are carried out in Malaysia.
