Business Description
I-Berhad. The Group's principal activity is involving in property development business. Other activities include retail sales and promotion of household electrical appliances, advertising agent, advertiser and advertising contractor, as well as property investment. It also operates as an investment holding company. During the year, the Group completed the first phase of the development project, a 300,000 square feet, grade A Cybercentre Office Suites 1. Projects currently undertaken by the Group include the 200,000 sq ft, grade A, Cybercentre Office Suite 2, the 70,000 sq ft Tier-4 Ready Data Centre and a 600-bay car park block. Operations are carried out predominantly in Malaysia.
