The Group's principal activity is the distribution of products and services of electrical materials, safety and other maintenance, repair and operations products in Business-To-Business markets. The Group operates in two segments: Professional Products and Services (PPS) and Agencies/Consumer Electronics (ACE). The PPS segment distributes electrical parts and supplies, safety and other maintenance, repair and operations products to contractors and industrial users. The ACE segment includes distribution of consumer electronics. The Group's clients mainly consist of electrical contractors in the construction and installation business and industrial users. The Group operates in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. The Group acquired Breva Group NV, Bryant Electric Supply Company, SIA Kolorits and SIA Energo in 2007.
