Business Description
Bonheur ASA. The Group's principal activities are to provide services within the shipping, offshore, energy and leisure sectors. All operations are carried out in cooperation with the subsidiary Ganger Rolf ASA. The Group operates through four divisions: Energy Services, Renewable Energy, Shipping and Other Investments. Energy Services provides activities within energy production and tankers. The Renewable Energy segment is mainly related to the development, construction and operation of windfarms. The activities within the Shipping consist of tankers operated through the company First Olsen Ltd. Other Investments consist of the Groups ownership in ThusenFryd amusement park and other properties. In 2008, the Group acquired 50% of WindCarrier AS.
