Business Description
Bjorge ASA. The Group's principal activities are the deliverance of products and systems as well as the provision of modification and maintenance support to the oil & gas industry, the land based industry and the maritime industry. These activities are carried out through four business segments: Flow solutions, Rotating equipment, safety and automation and Special projects. Flow solution comprises valves, metering, analysis and sampling systems. Rotating equipment solution supplies pumps and services to the global oil industry. Safety & automation solution supplies within the fire and gas range. Subsea activity is represented through special projects areas monitoring and analysis, and within the advanced surface treatment. The Group focuses on the Norwegian market but is branching out on the international market. In 2008, the Group acquired Teamtrade AS.
