The Group builds multi-family buildings subdivided into different market segments; single-family houses detached and service areas (mainly the shops and offices provided in the framework of residential buildings). The Group also operates as the General Contractor and the owner of five hotels. The Group acquired J.W. Construction SA (Poland); J.W. Construction 1 ( London, UK) and J.W. Bulgaria (Sofia, Bulgaria) in 2007. The Group operates in Poland and has foreign subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Russia and the UK.
