Business Description
Echo Investment SA. The Group's principal activity is operation in real estate market , the design, construction and development of shopping and entertainment centres, hotels, office buildings, houses, blocks of flats and apartments. The Group operates in three segments: Shopping and Entertaining Centres, Offices and Hotels and Residential. The Group organizes the entire investment process for a given project, starting from purchasing immovable property, through obtaining administrative decisions, financing, supervision over execution, until hand over of the completed facility, also provides general contracting services for foreign investors. In 2008, the Group acquired Ultra Marina, Wlementor Holdings (Cyprus) and Echo Investment Project management (Romania). The Group operates in Poland, Cyprus, Hungary and Romania.
