Business Description
Comstar United Telesystems. The Group's principal activity is the provision of integrated communication services. The Group offers voice and data transmission, broadband Internet access, pay television and other services. The Company operates 600,000 active lines used for alternative fixed line business and 4.25 million active lines for traditional fixed line business. The Company provides services in Moscow and Moscow region, and selected regions in Russia and the CIS. In February 2006 it became the first Company in Russia which sign contracts with Hollywood studios, Buena Vista, Warner Bros and Paramount Pictures.
