Business Description
ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. The Group's principal activities are shipbuilding, shiprepairing, shipchartering and other marine related services. The shipbuilding segment is engaged in building vessels such as tugs, barges, offshore support vessels, work vessels, azimuth stern drive tugs, emergency response and rescue vessels and tankers. The Group's shipchartering segment has a fleet of 180 vessels comprising mainly of tugs and barges which services customers from industries such as offshore oil and gas, marine infrastructure, dredging, land reclaimation, marine construction and cargoes transportation. The shiprepair segment is engaged in providing repair services such as conversions, retrofittings, life-extensions and repairs of all vessels. The Group owns and operates three shipyards in Singapore, China and Indonesia. Its customers are mainly from Asia Pacific, South asia, the Middle East and Europe.
