Business Description
HTL International Holdings Limited. The Group's principal activities are manufacturing and distributing leather sofa products. The Group has four major operating units: sofa business which includes original design manufacturing, selling and distributing leather sofa upholstery products, leather business which includes tanning and distributing finished leather for in-house consumption and external customers, cut and sew business which includes provision of cutting and sewing of finished leather and fabrics mainly for the Group's sofa business unit and home furnishing business which includes provision of customized home furnishing and design solutions via direct retailing or franchising. The Group has manufacturing facilities in Singapore and in People's Republic of China. Its Home Furnishing segment is operating mainly in Singapore and Germany. The Group sells its products to Asia, Greater China, Europe, North America, Australia New Zealand and other countries.
