Business Description
Penguin International Limited Formerly known as Penguin Boat International Limited. The Group's principal activities are ferry services, ship owning, ship management and chartering services, offshore marine support services, shipyard services, freight forwarding and bunkering services. The Group's ferry service operates in Singapore and in the sectors between Riau Islands of Indonesia and Singapore. It also charters, sells and manages high-speed passenger ferries, Ro-Ro and specialised vessels. The repair and maintenance/boat building division maintains and services vessels such as crew boats, ferries and mega-yachts as well as build ferries, offshore vessels, private vessels and steel vessels. The Group's bunkering service provides supply of high quality marine and lubricant oil while its freight forwarding service delivers cargo for sea transshipments between Marina Wharves, Singapore and Batu Ampar, Singapore. Other activities include the provision of tour packages. The Group operates in Southeast Asia, West Africa and the Middle East.
