Business Description
OEM-International AB. The Group's principal activity is the wholesale distribution of components and systems for automation, electronics and mechanic industries. The Group has four segments; OEM Automatic, OEM Electronics, Cyncrona and Development. The OEM Automatic segment deals with components for industrial automation. The OEM Electronics deals with appliance and circuit board components and EMC/ microwave components. The Cyncrona segment deals with production systems and components for electronics production. The development deals with bearings and bearing solutions, motors and transmissions, seals and pumps. The Group consists of 26 operating units with activities in 13 countries. In 2008, the Group acquired Elektro Elco in Sweden and business unit of OK Kaapelit in Finland
