The Group's principal activity is to provide customers a broad base of competence in performance management and process engineering, combined with extensive IT expertise. The Group offers IT solutions in three areas: enterprise systems, customized systems and integration of existing systems. Enterprise systems include accounting, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and logistics. Customized development is required when a customer's unique situation makes it impossible to use a standard system or adapt an add-on module. Integration of existing systems usually entails some form of IT solution, as well as new working methods and restructured operations that produce optimum results. The Group has offices in Sweden, Germany, Finland, Denmark, United Kingdom, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania and Serbia.
