Business Description
Kungsleden AB. The Group's principal activities are to own and manage real estate properties. These properties include offices, industrial warehouses, retirement houses and other retail properties. The Group operates in two divisions, property trading and property management. Property trading is to consummate acquisitions that are positive and that contribute to enhancing the portfolio's risk-adjusted returns. Property management is to influence the returns and risk level of each property through management measures, achieved by optimising each property's tenant structure and operating net. As of 31-Dec-2008 the Group owned and managed 603 properties.
