Business Description
Precious Woods Holding AG. The Group's principal activity is sustainable management and use of tropical forests and plantations. The Group operates through four segments: Sustainable forest management, Plantations, Timber trading, and Carbon and Energy. The Group uses cultivation methods which imitate nature and keep the forest's bio diversity intact, the amount of timber that can be harvested is kept within limits. The timber harvested is processed in the Group's own sawmill and finishing shop, producing saw wood and other products mainly for the export market. The operates in Europe, Central America, Brazil and Africa.
