The Principal activities of the Group is to manufacture and distribute edge tools, machine tools, and systems for woodworking and metal processing, air conditioning, and heating. The Group operates in two segments: Climate and Processing. Climate Division: It covers areas of indoor climate, heating, ventilation, cooling, humidification and dehumidification. Their solutions comprise products, consulting and service to maximise the life of stored goods and works of art and efficiency of production processes. Processing Division: It's products are used in metalworking, woodworking, materials management and hand tools. The products are used mainly in industry and also used by craftsmen, construction workers and DIY enthusiasts. The Group operates in Switzerland, USA/Canada, Rest of Europe and Other Countries. In October 2008, the Group acquired Tosa Holding.
