Business Description
T. Demir Dokum. The Group's principal activity is manufacturing heating and cooling systems, and their allied components. It is engaged in the production of water, individual and system heaters, air-conditioners, automatic control and small household appliances. The Group operates local and international subsidiaries. Its local subsidiaries are Panel Co., a producer of panel radiators, and Demrad Co., a manufacturer of cast iron products. The Group's foreign investments are carried out through DD Heating Ltd. in the United Kingdom and Demiladi International in China. Its strategic partnership, DD Chung Mei, manufactures various types of radiators. The Group markets its products in 52 countries under the Heat Line, Fix and Demrad trademarks through its distribution points in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia and China. It exports two-thirds of its products to European countries. It has been a subsidiary of Koc Holding A.S. since September, 2007.
