Marti Otel Isletmeleri A.S Formerly known as MARMARIS MARTI. The Group's principal activity is operation of tourist resorts and hotels located in Turkey. Marmaris Marti Otel Isletmeleri A.S has a subsidiary, Marti Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. (Marti GYO), formerly Akdeniz Marti Turizm ve Yatirim A.S., through which it operates the hotels, resort and marina; makes land infrastructure, and supplies power for the Company's holiday facilities. The Group owns and operates three hotels, Marti Resort Otel, Marti La Perla Otel in Icmeler and Marti Myra Otel in Tekirova . During the April-March period, Marti Myra provided 178,793 guest nights; Marti Resort 89,180 and Marti la Perla, 71,752; Marti Marina has a capacity of 301 afloat and 70 ashore yachts.
