Gsd Holding As. The Group's principal activities are providing commercial banking, portfolio management, and factoring, leasing and financial services. The Group is active in five main segments: Banking, Leasing, Factoring, Foreign trade and Holding. It invests in these sectors through its subsidiaries, forming the GSD Group. The main subsidiaries are Tekstilbank, GSD Bank and Euro Textile Bank, which run its banking activities; GSD Foreign Trade, which is active in the foreign trade sector, and Tekstil Leasing, Tekstil Factoring, Tekstil Securities and GSD International, located in the British Isles, which carry out the financial services activities of the Group. The Group also operates Euro Textile Bank Offshore Ltd., an offshore bank in Northern Cyprus.
