Business Description
Medoil PLC. The Group's principal activity is exploring oil and gas, focusing on hydrocarbon bearing provinces in the Mediterranean - North Africa region. The Group acquires exploration assets on ground-floor terms with initial focus on Tunisia and Malta. It has a 4,100 sq. km. permit located in the offshore central of Tunisia, adjacent to the Lundin operated Isis oil field, and 60 km from the Miskar gas production facility. It also has a 4,000 sq. km. offshore permit located to the north of the island of Malta, and its northern extremity the maritime boundary between Italy and Malta.
