Business Description
Grainger Plc Formerly known as Grainger Trust Plc. The Group's principal activity is trading and developing properties. The Group owns over 14,000 residential properties in the United Kingdom and a further 4,500 in Germany. Its core portfolio owns some 7,600 regulated residential properties, majority of which are serviced apartments. The Group also has major development projects that aims to create mixed use developments with a significant residential elements. Projects include West Waterlooville, Hornsey Road Baths, Macaulay Road, Barnsbury Complex, Gateshead College and Wards Corner. Under its Retirement Solutions an owner is allowed to sell part or all of their property, whilst retaining the right to occupy it for the rest of their lives and retaining responsibility for its upkeep. The Group also provides property services such as lettings, property management, rent reviews, sales, valuations, customer care, repairs and maintenance and block management.
