Business Description
Photo-Me International PLC. The Group's principal activity is manufacturing, selling and operating coin-operated automatic photobooths for identification and fun purposes, copiers, express print services and children's rides. It also manufactures (including by subcontractors) and sells photo-processing equipment (mainly minilabs and central processing laboratories), throughout the world. It is a specialist digital imaging company focused on professional laboratories and end-consumer vending solutions. It operates two business segments, Vending and Manufacturing. Vending comprises the operation of photobooths and other vending equipment including digital media kiosks, photocopiers, express printing machines and children's rides. Manufacturing comprises the manufacture and sale of photo-processing equipment and vending equipment. The Group has 42,850 vending locations worldwide. On 01-Aug-2007, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Soft Eurl.
