Business Description
TR Property Investment Trust PLC. The Group's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Group is to maximise shareholders' total returns by investing in property sector. The Group is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Group has been approved by the HM Revenue Revenue & Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Mar-2007.Investment management services are provided by Thames River Capital LLP for a calculated fee of 0.70% per annum on the net asset value of the Ordinary share class payable quarterly in advance. The agreement is terminable by either party without compensation on the provision of not less than 12 months' written notice.
