Business Description
Zetar Plc. The Group's principal activity is manufacturing novelty and niche chocolate confectionery. The Confectionery products are sold under Kinnerton brand, private label or other chocolate manufacturers brands. Its chocolate has licensed characters including Disney characters, the Teletubbies, Barbie, Bob the Builder, the Simpsons and Shrek 2. There is also development in new pre-school properties, Fifi and the Flowertots as well as introducing Winnie the Pooh and Disney/Pixar characters into All Year Round products. The Group also sources, prepares and supplies natural and premium snacks such as dried nuts, organic dried fruit and related products with processing and packing facility near Sleaford, Lincolnshire. The Group operates in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Australia. During 2007, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Humdinger Ltd and Horsley, Hick & Flower Ltd.
