Business Description
Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust . The objective of the Company is to achieve growth of income and capital from a portfolio invested predominantly in companies listed or quoted in the United Kingdom. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Jan-2009. Investment management services are provided by Aberdeen Asset Managers Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 0.45% on the first 225 million, 0.35% on the next 200 million and 0.25% on amounts over 425 million per annum of the net assets of the Company, with debt at par and excluding commonly managed funds.
