Business Description
New Century Aim VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the company is to achieve long term capital growth through investment in a diversified portfolio of Qualifying Companies primarily quoted on AIM. The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.Investment management services are provided by M D Barnard & Company Ltd for a fee calculated at 1% per annum (exclusive of VAT) of the net assets of the Company. The agreement is for a minimum period of three years from 24-Mar-2005 terminable by either party at any time thereafter by one year's prior written notice.
