Business Description
Framlington Aim VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to achieve long term capital growth through investment in a diversified portfolio of Qualifying Companies primarily quoted on AIM. The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income & Corporation Taxes Act 1988. Investment management services are provided by Framlington Investment Management Ltd for a fee payable at an annual rate of 2% of the net asset value of the Company accrued and calculated weekly payable monthly. The agreement is terminable on one year's notice.
