Business Description
Invesco Perpetual Recovery Trust 2011 PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Company is to meet the capital entitlements of the Zero Dividend Preference Shares and to provide capital growth, a dividend income and the potential growth in dividends for Ordinary Shares. It is an Investment Company as defined by section 833 of the Companies Act 2006 and operates as an Investment Trust in accordance with section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988. HM Revenue and Customs has approved the Company's status as an Investment Trust subject to there being no subsequent enquiry under Corporation Tax Self Assessment, in respect of the year ended 31-Oct-2007. Investment Management Services are provided by Invesco Asset Management Limited for a fee of 0.35% per annum of NAV quarterly. The Manager is also entitled to other fees. The agreement is terminable by either party in not less than one years' notice in writing.
