Business Description
Standard Life European Private Equity Trust PLC. The Company's principal activity is operating as an Investment Trust. Its objective is to achieve long-term capital gains through holding a diversified portfolio of private equity funds investing predominantly in Europe. The Manager's appointment may be terminated by either party giving to the other not less than twelve months written notice.
