Business Description
INVESCO Income Growth Trust PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide shareholders with long-term growth in capital and real long-term growth in dividends from a portfolio yielding more than the FTSE All-Share index. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 833 of the Companies Act 1988. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Mar-2008. Investment management services are provided by Invesco Asset Management Ltd for a fee calculated and payable monthly in arrears based on the value of the funds under management before deducting borrowings, of 0.7% up to 100 million and 0.6% thereafter.
