Ultra Electronics Holdings plc. The Group's principal activity is designing, developing and manufacturing electronic systems for the international defence and aerospace markets. The Group's operations are carried out through three divisions. Tactical & Sonar business provides rugged voice communications equipment for personnel wearing protective clothing, masks and breathing apparatus. This division also supplies a range of sidescan sonars for military and civil applications including hydrographic survey systems and bathymetric sonars that perform sub-bottom profiling. Information & Power develops software-based data fusion systems for applications in military command, control, communications, Computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems. Aircraft & Vehicle provides advanced electronic, electromechanical and mechanical solutions relating to airborne compressors, unmanned aerial vehicles and armoured vehicles.
