Business Description
Core VCT I PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to achieve long-term capital and income growth and to distribute tax free dividends comprising realised gains and investors' capital investment. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985 has satisfied the requirements for provisional approval as a Venture Capital Trust for the purpose of Section 842AA of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.Investment management services are provided by Core Capital LLP, Manager receives no annual fee but instead has subscribe for 75% of the B Shares in issue. The agreement ran for an initial period of four years and may be terminated at any time by not less one year's notice given by either party.
