Business Description
Neptune-Calculus Income And Growth VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide investors with both capital growth and income. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Companies Act 1988.Investment management services are provided by Calculus Capital Ltd and Neptune Investment Management Ltd for a fee calculated at 3% of the net asset value on each of the Ordinary and C Share Funds, payable quarterly in arrears. The Agreement is for initial 5 year period and is terminable thereafter by either party by 12 months' prior written notice.
