Business Description
Integrated Asset Management plc. The Group's principal activity is providing Fund Management and Institutional brokerage. It also owns institutional brokerage firms in Italy. The Group has two business divisions the Hedge Fund and Brokerage. Hedge Fund focuses on several key long-term drivers, the enhanced distribution and a broader product offering, whilst recognising the need to identify changing market conditions and capitalise upon them. The Group adopted modular structure for its Multi-Strategy Fund which enables clients to invest both in the main Multi-Strategy Fund as well as in the single strategies such as Equity Hedge, Event driven, Directional trading, Emerging markets, and Relative value. Brokerage provides institutional brokerage in Europe, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, equities, bonds and equity derivatives. On 16-Sep-2009, the Group completed the disposal of Altigefi S A.
