Business Description
Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide investors with a regular and growing income stream, arising both from the income generated by the companies selected for the portfolio and from realising any growth in capital. The Company revoked its status as an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.Investment management services are provided by Matrix Private Equity Partners Ltd for a fee calculated at 2% of the net assets attributable to the ordinary share fund. The agreement is terminable by not less than one year's notice in writing to expire at any time after the initial period.
