Business Description
Income & Growth VCT Plc (The) Formerly known as Trivest VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide investors with an attractive return, by maximising the stream of dividend distributions from the income and capital gains generated by a diverse and carefully selected portfolio of investments. The Company revoked its status as an Investment Company on 30-Nov-2005 as defined by Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985 subsequently superceded by section 833 of the Companies Act 2006. The Company has been approved as a Venture Capital Trust under Section 274 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 2007. Investment management services are provided by Matrix Private Equity Partners LLP for a fee calculated at one quarter of 1.6% payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement is for an initial period of three years and thereafter until the appointment is terminated by not less than one year's notice in writing at any time after the initial period.
