Business Description
M&G Income Investment Company Limited. The Company's principal activity is that of a Closed-ended Split Capital Investment. The objectives of the Company are to provide zero dividend shareholders with a predetermined capital entitlement on the planned winding-up date and ordinary shareholders with a regular monthly income together with capital growth.Investment management services are provided by M&G (Guernsey) Ltd for a fee payable monthly in advance, equal to 1.0% per annum of the value of the Company's total assets less its current liabilities (excluding the value of any assets invested in any funds managed by M&G) at the beginning of the relevant month. The manager also receives 50,000 per annum for administrative services payable quarterly in arrears on the last business day of October, January, April and July. The agreement may be terminated by either party giving to the other at least 12 months written prior notice.
