Business Description
Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to achieve long term capital appreciation and generate maintainable levels of income for shareholders. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Inland Revenue will grant Section 842AA status, if requested, provided that the Company's affairs have been conducted in such a manner as to satisfy the conditions of that section.Investment management services are provided by Aberdeen Asset Managers Ltd for a fee of 2.5% per annum of the gross assets of the Company at the previous quarter end. The agreement is terminable by one year's notice.
