Business Description
M & G Recovery Investment Company Limited. The Company's principal activity is that of a Closed-ended Split Capital Investment. The objective of the Company is to provide Zero Dividend shareholders with a predetermined capital entitlement on the planned winding-up date and ordinary shareholders with quarterly income together with capital growth.Investment management services are provided by M&G (Guernsey) Ltd for a fee calculated at a rate of 1.0% per annum of the value of the Company's total assets less its current liabilities (excluding the value of any in the M&G High Yield Corporate Bond Fund) at the beginning of the relevant month, payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement is terminable by either party on one year's notice although in certain circumstances it may be terminated with immediate effect.
