Ultimate Finance Group Plc. The Group's principal activities are providing factoring, invoice discounting and trade finance services. The Group's factoring services provide businesses with a means of raising finance by selling the debts due from their customers on a continuing basis to raise cash for working capital and for expansion. The invoice discounting business provides funds similar to ultimate factoring service with up to 85% of the approved debts available usually the same day upon receiving the invoices. It provides the balance after it has collected the debt and paid cash via bank giro credit. The Group operates wholly within the United Kingdom.
