Business Description
UK Select Trust Ltd. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide a total return to shareholders in excess of the net total return on the FTSE All-Share Index and a progressive dividend policy. The Company is exempt from Guernsey income tax under the income tax (Exempt Bodies) (Guernsey) Ordinances 1989 to 1997. Investment management services are provided by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 0.125% quarterly in arrears, based on the value of the portfolio at 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December. The agreement is terminable by either party giving 6 months notice.
