Business Description
Foresight 4 VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide private investors with an attractive return from a portfolio of investments in fast-growing unquoted technology-based companies in the United Kingdom. The Company is not an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. It has satisfied the requirements as a Venture Capital Trust under Section 274 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 2009 for the year ended 28-Feb-2009. Investment management services are provided by Foresight Group for a fee calculated at 2.5% of net assets per annum payable quarterly in advance. The agreement may be terminated by either party giving to the other not less than twelve months' notice.
