Business Description
Enterprise VCT PLC Formerly known as Noble VCT PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust. The objective of the Company is to provide shareholders with the benefits of a venture capital portfolio which emphasises capital gain whilst seeking to lower risk by maintaining a balanced and diverse portfolio of investments by both number and sector and the personal tax benefits available through investment in a Venture Capital Trust. In October 2000, the Company revoked its status as an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue & Customs as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.
