Business Description
Alternative Investments Strategies Limited. The Company's principal activity is that of a Closed-end Investment business. The objective of the Company is to achieve superior absolute returns with low volatility. It was registered under the provisions of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 1994 on 29-Oct-1996 and has adopted the early provisions of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008. Investment management services are provided by Close Fund Services Ltd for a periodic fee of 1% per annum in aggregate of the gross value of the Company, out of which it pays the Investment Manager. In addition, the Manager receives a fee of 50,000 Pounds per annum in respect of administration, secretarial, registrar and other services of the Company. The Manager is also eligible to a performance fee. The agreement is terminable by either party on six months' notice.
