Business Description
Henderson EuroTrust plc. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Company is to achieve a superior return from a portfolio of high quality European investments. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Jul-2007.Investment management services are provided by Henderson Global Investors Ltd for an annual fee calculated at the rate of 0.70% of chargeable assets. The agreement may be terminated by either party but in certain circumstances the Company will be required to pay compensation to the manager of an amount of up to one year's management charge. Compensation is not payable if one or more years' notice of termination is given.
