Business Description
Cayenne Trust Plc (The). The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Company is to achieve consistent positive absolute returns investing principally in the securities of UK investment trusts and other closed-end funds.. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 833 of the Companies Act 2006 and has been approved by HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Jan-2009. Investment management services are provided by Cayenne Asset Management Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 1% per annum by reference to the Company's net assets. The agreement is terminable by either party at six months' notice.
